Minnie Yaffee,
Owner
Minnie Yaffee is a 36 year resident of Hull, where she raised three
children. A real estate agent for 25 years, Minnie has owned Sea Coast Homes
for the past 20 years. She is a member of Hull Nantasket Chamber of
Commerce, the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors Inc, and the
Mass Property Information Network. An active civic leader, Minnie was a past
President of the Hull Chapter of the Hadassah and currently supports Temple
Beth Sholom.

Andi Cohen,
Agent
Andi summered in Hull throughout her youth, and has been a resident of
Hull for 17 years, raising a family of her own. She has her masters in
Psychotherapy, and was in Retail Management for ten years. She is now
putting all her sales knowledge into Real Estate. Andi is a member of the
Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors Inc and the Mass Property
Information Network. Andi was also one of the founders of Hull Travel
Basketball, as well as the Treasurer for Hull Youth Basketball for five
years. |

Elsa Buccini,
AgentJoined
the Sea Coast team in August 2004. She has been a licensed real estate
agent since 1986. She resides in Braintree with her husband. Prior to
joining Sea Coast Homes, Elsa was an Assistant Vice President with State
Street, and enjoyed working in finance for thirty-two years. She retired
in 2002, and after taking time off, she decided on real estate as her new
career.

Retired from the Massachusetts State Police
in 1981 after 20 years of service. Jim holds a Massachusetts Real Estate
Broker's License, Massachusetts Builder's License, and he is a Certified
Notary Public. Jim has intensive experience in the construction of single
family homes and condominium projects. Supervised the rehabilitation and
sales of several projects in the City of Quincy and Boston's Fenway area.
Has worked for several banks in the residential mortgage department. He is
presently supervising the Sales Office of the Nantasket Beach
Condominiums.

A 1978 graduate of Hull High School were she majored in business and
the hospitality industry .After over thirty successful years in her field
has joined Sea Coast Homes.
Michelle has strong family ties to the community and has raised her two
sons here. She believes Hull is not only unique because of its scenic
location and history but, also for the "it
takes a village to raise a child " way of life.
A member of the National Realtors Association as well as the Mass.
Realtors and Plymouth & South Shore Ass. of Realtors.She like her fellow
co-works has completed ethics training. She looks forward to assiting you
